Refund Policy
We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition it was received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us via email: support@top-zoom.com and we will send you instructions on how and where to ship the items back to us safely. We will then issue you a full refund once we receive the pieces in “like new” condition within 30 days of receiving your product. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and if the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can assess the problem and correct it.
Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items are non-returnable, such as perishable items (e.g., food, flowers or plants), customized items (e.g., special order or personalized items) and personal care items (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of specialty items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you need is to return the item you have and then purchase the new item separately once the return has been accepted.
EU 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if an item is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without giving any reason. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and issue the refund.
